If we cannot auto-verify a purchase made with FSA/HRA funds was for an eligible item, we will send you a Beniversal Card Follow-Up Request and ask you to provide an Itemized Receipt or Explanation of Benefits (EOB). These documents must include the provider name, type of service performed, date(s) of service, and cost of service. Claims can be submitted for ridesharing and parking expenses ONLY. Contact Participant Services if your card declines for another eligible mass transit expense and you have adequate funds in your account.
